Dr. Mahesh Varma, Director and head of structural engineering, holds a doctorate from IIT Bombay and completed post-doctoral research at Politecnico di Milano. With over 25 years of experience, his work focuses on structural systems, advanced analysis, and the revival of arches, vaults, and domes (AVD) using unreinforced masonry.

Ar. Pallavi Varma leads architectural research and execution in lime-based construction systems, with a focus on material behavior and geometric optimization of AVD structures.
