Industrial Projects
Nandadeep Designers and Valuers Pvt Ltd is working as an architectural consultant, structural consultant, and project management (PMC) consultant for many industrial houses. We completely understand that the timeline of the project is very important in the case of industries, and hence we maintain complete discipline for releasing timely drawings and designs. We typically follow the below steps for industrial projects:
- Primary discussion with the client to understand the project and proposed scope of consultancy services.
- Quotation for consultancy services followed by work order and advance from the client.
- Our architect make the joint work with the client's technical representative for the finalization of the plan for approval.
- We submit the block estimate and proposal sketch for the client's approval.
- On receiving approval from the client-side, we prepare PEB inquiry and tender document for construction of infrastructures and buildings.
- We assist the client in the technical evaluation of received bid documents, and if the client desires then we proceed with the technical negotiation stage with bidders.
- On award of PEB and civil contract, we proceed with the release of required drawings for the construction.
- We ensure the most optimum design solutions for client's requirements through our in-house architectural and structural competencies.
- During the execution stage, we make the interim site visits on the client's request to do vigilance on quality parameters. Typically we issue the site visit report to the client and contractor after every site visit.
- We assist clients in the verification of the contractor's bills. Typically site engineer appointed by the client checks the work carried on-site and certifies the same. Whereas we recheck the bill based on the released drawing and tender conditions.
- We also provide technical support for statutory approval of building plans. We do not undertake the responsibility for day-to-day licensing with government offices.
